On the other hand, coffee is a vasoconstrictor, which shrinks your blood vessels, making it harder for your blood to circulate in your body. They accelerate dehydration, so try to avoid them as much as possible.
This sounds like an advertisement, but it’s not. It’s just that Vicks makes our body retain heat more. Of course, as a kid, we all experience what Vicks feels like. It’s a good ointment whenever you have a clogged nose or a chest cold. That said, during the winter, Vicks is a real lifesaver. When you’re feeling freezing during your trek, apply Vicks in your chest area or anywhere you feel cold.
